Eat It Again is a food blog with simple dinner ideas and easy recipes inspired by the professionals. Even if you only have 15 minutes to cook a meal, you can find lots of ideas for new things to make at home.

Fresh ideas for dinner are posted every few days. There’s a growing collection of recipes for midweek dinners in 30 minutes or less, oodles of tasty meat-free meal ideas to inspire vegans, vegetarians, flexitarian and pescatarians and some really great cocktails too.

Easy recipes inspired by the professionals

I’m Matt Bell-Watson. I’m an experienced comms professional, based in Brentwood, Essex, where I live with my husband Chris. I’m also a massive foodie and I love nothing more than going out for dinner with friends and family, taking cookery classes to perfect my skills in the kitchen, and preparing tasty feasts at home. And yes, I admit it: I am one of those people that like to plan entire holidays around foodie experiences.

I’m also someone that likes to recreate the food and drink I’ve enjoyed in bars and restaurants, at home. Food that is so ridiculously delicious, beautiful and memorable, you desperately want to eat it again.

So, after years of procrastinating, I finally started this blog in February 2018 to share some of my attempts. Every recipe is inspired by the professionals but simplified for the time-stretched home cook, with easy to follow instructions, more readily available ingredients, and no need for fancy professional equipment.
